The Bloom Carroll Music Department offers two ensembles in the area of jazz studies.
BC Jazz Orchestra maintains a very active performance schedule. The BCJO studies the more advanced techniques, styles, and literature of jazz. Enrollment in this ensemble is by audition only!
BC Jazz Band studies the beginning techniques and improvisation of jazz, giving each member an introduction to the jazz idiom.
